It is 1939, Hollywood. Legendary film producer David O. Selznick has his movie “Gone with the Wind” finally cast, but he has just fired his director and is not satisfied with the screenplay. Enter, the new director (still trying to finish The Wizard of Oz) and a renowned screen writer. These three try, over a grueling week, to make sense of Margaret Mitchell’s 1,037 page book! They decide to act out the story taking the roles of Scarlett, Rhett Butler, Prissy, etc. A hilarious tour de force.
